Onboarding is everything between “are you free on the 14th?” and the wedding morning. Done well it is a short run of small asks sent at the right time: a reply, a contract, a welcome note, a questionnaire in stages, a timeline, a last email. Done badly it is one long form sent at the wrong moment.
The guides here follow that order. They cover the first reply, the topics a contract should settle (as a checklist, not legal advice), the questions worth asking and when to ask them, and a dated checklist that ties it together. Where a template exists, the guide says what it covers and what it does not.
