6-hour and 8-hour wedding day timeline presets
Most couples book six or eight hours and ask you what the day should look like. These are four starting points you can send in the first planning email, then shift to the real ceremony time.

What's inside
- One file:
timeline-presets.html, every time and block editable in the browser. - Preset A: 6 hours with a first look. Preset B: 6 hours without one.
- Preset C: 8 hours with a first look. Preset D: 8 hours without one.
- Five rules for adjusting a preset: shift from the ceremony, buffer getting ready, travel plus parking, family-formal minutes, golden hour against sunset.
- A header for ceremony start, sunset, and venue hard stop, and a “what to cut when the day slips” list to agree with the couple before the day.
Presets or the day-of timeline?
The presets are for planning: they show the couple what fits in their hours. The day-of timeline ($24) is the one-page photographer copy you print for the wedding itself. Many photographers use both.
Questions, answered
What format is the file?
One HTML file (timeline-presets.html). Open it in any browser, click a blank to type, then print or save as PDF. No app, no login, nothing in the file phones home.
How do I get it?
Checkout opens on Polar. After the card goes through, Polar emails you the download link. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam, then write to help@vestifina.com with the email you used at checkout.
Can I use it with my clients?
Yes. Edit it, put your studio name on it, and send it to your own clients and team. You may not resell it or give it away as a product. See the terms.
Is it a contract?
No. It is a working template, not legal advice. Keep your own contract.
What about refunds?
Payment is taken by Polar as merchant of record, and refund requests follow the receipt Polar sends. If something is wrong with the file, write to help@vestifina.com.
Which currency and tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Polar adds any tax that applies in your country at checkout.
