What is in the file
- The wedding itself: date, ceremony and reception addresses, guest count, planner or day-of contact.
- People: who decides, who is not in photos, family formals that cannot be skipped.
- Time: getting-ready rooms, whether the couple sees each other first, hard stops from the venue.
- Look: two ceremonies or one, indoor night reception, anything they have already hired that affects light.
- Coverage: hours they think they need, second shooter yes or no, albums they already know they will not buy.
- Logistics: how they want to be reached, and the one thing they are worried you will miss.
A sample of the questions
1. Ceremony address, and the name of the person who will unlock the door.
2. Are you doing a first look, or do you want the first time you see each other to be at the ceremony?
3. Name anyone who should be in portraits, and anyone who has asked not to be photographed.
4. What time does the venue need the room cleared, and is that time real or polite?
The paid file has the other twenty-four, with a short line under each group telling you what to do with the answer. It is a working questionnaire, not a personality quiz.
How you use it
Open the HTML file, replace the studio name, save as PDF, and attach it to the email you already send. Or paste the questions into the form tool you use. Nothing in the file phones home.

What format is the file?
One HTML file (questionnaire.html), 28 questions in six groups, with a short note under each group. Open it in any browser, edit the text, then print or save as PDF. No app, no login, nothing in the file phones home.
How do I get it?
Checkout opens on Polar. After the card goes through, Polar emails you the download link. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam, then write to help@vestifina.com with the email you used at checkout.
Can I use it with my clients?
Yes. Edit it, put your studio name on it, and send it to your own clients. You may not resell it or give it away as a product. See the terms.
Is it a contract?
No. It is a working template, not legal advice. Keep your own contract.
What about refunds?
Payment is taken by Polar as merchant of record, and refund requests follow the receipt Polar sends. If something is wrong with the file, write to help@vestifina.com.
Which currency and tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Polar adds any tax that applies in your country at checkout.
